Delivery
We ship on pallets from our warehouse in Castellón, Spain. The cost is calculated in the basket based on your country and postcode, and shown before you pay. Indicative lead times: 7–11 working days to Ireland, 2–5 to Portugal and France, and 24–72 h within mainland Spain. Please check the goods on arrival and note any damage on the carrier’s delivery note.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel your purchase without giving a reason, by emailing info@naturteak.com. The timber must be returned uninstalled, uncut and in its original packaging. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the goods are faulty or we made an error. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. You can pay by card or bank transfer; bank transfer orders are prepared once payment is received.
Privacy
We use your data (name, contact details and address) only to process your order, invoicing and customer service, on the basis of the purchase contract. We share it only with the carriers and payment providers needed to deliver the service. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by emailing info@naturteak.com, and complain to the data protection authority.
